The Builders are the fixed modality of each Element and the Builder of Disks is Fixed Earth (Taurus). Martin Luther King Jr. was Taurus rising. It was the strong Earth Elements in his chart (Taurus Rising + Capricorn Sun) that gave stickability to his compassionate Pisces Moon.
When he said, "I have a dream..." (a very Piscean expression) he had every intention of manifesting that dream. Builders of Disks are master of manifestation. And they don't quit. Martin Luther King Jr. proved that not even a bullet could put a stop to his dream. The legacy lives on.
